“We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands.”

“There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

“Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”

“The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working.”

“We had a lovely stay at bank house cottage . Veronica and Alan made us feel very welcome . The cottage has beautiful views all around and is so clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend the hot tub it was very relaxing after long walks. The Stork pub serves great food and is just few minutes away 👍”

"You sort of know what to expect and that is what you get- nothing more, nothing less. With easy access located in an industrial area but in a relatively quiet green corner. Pet friendly so our and other dogs enjoyed despite limited opportunities for long good walks. Free parking. Very comfortable beds and ok breakfast. Great for a stop over."
