“I stayed with my two children and my parents, and this accommodation suited us perfectly. Rooms were well appointed, great bathroom facilities (including a 3rd toilet downstairs) and plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed walking to various locations (Lake Weeroona, Rosalind Park, Golden Dragon Museum, Bendigo Woollen Mills) each day. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed and more!”

“Such a cute, little house on a gorgeous property! We loved being welcomed by the pony and feeding him carrots. Sean had amazing communication and even had the fireplace going before we arrived to warm the place up. I loved that the exterior doors' handles were up higher so I didn't have to worry about my toddler letting herself out. We brought our 2 dogs with us and it was a super pet-friendly location with a closed in yard. It's a lovely spot for a rest and reset. Our walk along Gunbower Creek...

“This property is in an excellent position, just a few kms from the Lansell Plaza in Kangaroo Flat, also going the other way is the main centre of Bendigo.We visited the Bendigo Art Gallery, the light Show, Bendigo Pottery, plus Pepper Green Farm and not to left out the Bendigo Woollen Mills. We thoroughly enjoy our four day stay.”

“The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“My two nights here were just what I needed. So quiet with great hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings here make it easy to unwind and a dip in the pool is well worth it. Not too far from town that you can walk but far enough from the busy roads so you can relax. So glad I found this place. Will absolutely return again one day. ”
