“This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were amazing, the pool, the hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area all beautifully maintained. Our best trip yet! Thank you so much Martin!”

“We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is exceptional. Two master suites, a wonderful pool, great and well-outfitted kitchen and great beach access. None of our negatives involved the property itself, but they're worth considering. Bugs can be terrible. Several of us ended up with many itchy bites. Bug spray and/or baby oil can mitigate this. But the property is also remote and on really rough roads. It's 30-35 minutes to groceries, and at least 20 minutes to most restaurants.”

The villa is very well equipped and located in February Point with private community beaches, pools and a dock just steps from the villa - perfect for a daily boat rental. “This villa felt so homely and had such a lovely soul, we have never felt so comfortable in a rented villa before. The kids loved playing in the calm waters around the villa and there is a really sweet little reef close by with quite a large array of small fish for the kids to snorkel around and look at. “This is an incredible house and we had an amazing stay. The listing and pictures were all accurate and the house did not disappoint at all. If you have never been to Exhuma, it is hard to describe the setting other than you are remote, but once you get there you will be in paradise and in good hands with your host and house concierge, Judy. “We had the great pleasure to spend 5 nights at Sandbanks Lodge. This all new villa has a lovely design and a lovely location with private access to the sea.
