“If, like us, you are taking your first trip to Chile to ski the Tres Valles, Casa Farellones is an excellent choice for a home base. It is a 10-minute or less drive to each of La Parva and El Colorado, and a 25-minute drive to Valle Nevado (note these times without ski traffic; expect longer if you are headed to the resorts for first lift). “William was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was in a gorgeous location and very peaceful. The skiing in Farellones was not ideal and we travelled up the mountain to Valle Nevaro most days but this was an easy drive and staying in Farellones was preferable because of the warmer weather and gorgeous sunsets. The middle apartment was better suited to us and the hot tub was more accessible and private and the fireplace was by the living room but I’m sure the lower apartment would have...

“Fantastic cabin just far enough away from the city to still easily drive back and sightsee. Fall asleep listening to the river rushing by outside. The sitting area on the river bank was a great place to relax with wine & a cigar after a hectic day in the city. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and the cabin was very cozy.”
