“The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself...

“Fantastisk service av vänlig personal. Vi blev uppgraderade och fick ett tält med toalett och dusch. Vackert camp men massa bra platser att ligga och slappa på men också många aktiviteter för den som vill. Maten var vällagad och mycket god. Observera att det är ett beduin camp och inte något hotell. Det bodde ett gäng amerikaner där samtidigt som vi och de var ganska chockerade över den primitiva standarden. Vi var å andra sidan positivt överraskade över hur pass bekvämt och välutrustat det ändå...

“The rooms need maintenance, it looked very old. Our closet wasn’t working, the doors were broken. We got that room to see the sky at night and it was very hold to roll the curtains as thy were old and not working properly. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful location and lovely staff. The “tent” was basic. Could’ve had a small side table and hooks. The food was excellent. The restroom/shower building and facilities left a LOT to be desired. Dirty, no TP, broken shower head. Almost no water pressure. ”
