The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered.”

“This was self check in hotel and I didn’t get any communication on check in. I had booked this via hotels.com. They didn’t response to my hotels.commmesaages and the phone number they provided didn’t work. I had to look for another hotel on rush. Need my money back. ”

“Perfectly situated near the centre of Zürich. Good/normal standard with everything you need. Extremely accomodating landlady who helped us with an extra night with very short notice so we could arrive one day earlier. Note that there is no parking on the street. We parked in a parkinghouse nearby, close to the apartment but expensive (36 CHF / 24 hrs).”

“Do not forget to get your access code for the key box! Since I did forgot, it took some time to get hold of a person on phone to get me the code to get in. The appartment is fairly large, fairly clean and contain what I needed. The furniture are used but not broken.”
