“A fuire , j ai reservĂ© cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h Ă  15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse
. Resultat aucune...

Les 2 piscines de la rĂ©sidence sont dissociĂ©s en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du mĂȘme niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible Ă  Jawhara 2 oĂč nous Ă©tions malheureusement). “Being able to stay at the apartment and having access to the pool along with the beautiful restaurants nearby was amazing. The apartment was clean and decor was very nice. The air con is only in the bedroom however we were provided with a fan for the front room which does get warm.
