“The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us. ”

“The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. Other than that it was a nice 2-nights' stay.”

“This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. “My wife and I stayed here with my parents and my brother and the space was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were great and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The road up the hill to the property can seem a little intimidating at first but it's really not bad at all. The location is nice and secluded and close enough to La Fortuna without being too far. Overall we loved our stay here”

"Vi fick ett rymligt rum med uteplats som vätte ut mot naturen, hade lite utsikt över vulkanen och där vi hörde bruset från forsen. Fint spaområde med många pooler med temp från varmt till hett samt större pool med normal temp. Hela området är som en botanisk trädgård med vackra blommor och stora fåglar som går omkring. Frukosten var den bästa på hela resan."
