“Vents for evaporative cooler needs cleaning, especially the kitchen, light globes were blown, in most rooms and needing of replacement, mattresses on single beds need replacing as they were very uncomfortable and the spring were diging iinto our back ”

“We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

“A friend and I stayed here after completing Coastrek. The townhouse was perfect for our needs, with two Queen bedrooms and hot showers. Great heating, comfortable couch and close to everything for dinner & breakfast the next morning. Communication with the owner was good. Thanks!”

“Our family of six adults plus two dogs had a wonderful stay at The Avenues. Silvana, the host, wants to make your stay a good one so the house is very comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets and a kitchen fully stocked with plates, utensils etc. The games room was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool table and there was a lot of other games to play with both indoors and out so families with children would be very happy here. “The property was exactly what we were anticipating & more with access to Balcombe Reserve & the boardwalk running along Balcombe Creek to the beach.
