“The room was okay for 2 nights when our focus was just a short visit to the city. Would consider staying again. But pretty expensive when regarding to the room itself. Also pretty loud street and no AC, which forced us to have the window open. Notice that you will need to get an email form them in beforhand going there, we didnt get one. Which caused us problems to get the keys. However it was pretty easy to solve once we could borrow a phone to call them. We also met another couple the day...

“Well, first off. The room was actually very nice. Easy to get to from the airport, and close to the train station. But it was to warm, and without any AC or not even a fan it was impossible to sleep. Opening the balcony door meant listening to passing traffic outside and church bells ringing every half hour or something the entire night. So it was either that or the heat. For one night sure, but I would't book a longer stay.”

“Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered.”

“The blanket and pillow on the bed smelled like urine, by the time we noticed it was late at night so we took the blankets off. There was a lot of hair on the bed as well. ”

“Perfectly situated near the centre of Zürich. Good/normal standard with everything you need. Extremely accomodating landlady who helped us with an extra night with very short notice so we could arrive one day earlier. Note that there is no parking on the street. We parked in a parkinghouse nearby, close to the apartment but expensive (36 CHF / 24 hrs).”

"This hotel can unfortunately not be recommended. The hotel itself was acceptable - nothing special but nothing bad either. The service level is another matter. First of all, be aware that (I have never experienced such a thing before from an airport hotel) the hotel charges you roughly 10 CHF for a return transfer to the airport. This was not advertised very well and when I told them upon check-in that this is very unusual one of the employees starting arguing strongly that this is completely normal as they use a third party vendor for the service - it is not and the other hotels I have used in Kloten does not. Secondly, the vendor in question did not allow me the transfer back to the airport the following morning as I had booked (and paid) for a wrong time slot - the buss was empty let me tell you - but he rather choose to create a completely unnecessary heated situation. Thirdly, as I ventured back into the hotel to voice my displeasure, the hotel staff took zero responsibility for their vendor - completely tone deaf. Long story short, hotel is acceptable, service is NOT, I cannot recommend staying here when there are several other good alternatives."

"Ett utmärkt val för tre nätter. Nära järnvägsstationen med möjlighet till resor med tåg, buss och spårvagn. Vi valde spårvagn för att se staden. Udda planlösningen med toalett, dusch och tvättställ separat går att leva med. "
