“Lovely grounds and spacious house, however it does need to be clearer in the description that you will be sharing the house with the owners. There is only a sliding door between their space and the guest rooms, we could hear the family until quite late, and the washing machine was on late at night which was in the guest area. Hosts were lovely and helpful. ”

“A great place for a peaceful weekend break. Outdoor AC Unit in Summer Cottage needs to be looked at, as it sounds like an approaching helicopter during the night. ”

“We had a great stay at Silkwood on the Goulburn, with almost anything you could need/want in an accomodation.Also very handy having the pub walking distance away.The only negative comment would be that you have to take all your own linen and towels, as for the price, we felt this should have been included.”

“Clean crisp sheets, fluffy white towels and felt freshly vacuumed! There were lots of blankets and a good heater in the cabin and the kitchen had everything you need. The property could use a good cobweb clean and some bleach around the shower, but overall it was clean. The walls are PAPER thin. On our particular weekend, our neighbours were having a prolonged fight through the afternoon and night and we were privy to ALL of their grievances, which resulted in almost no sleep for us and our...

“We had a very nice 1 bedroom house with a patio that overlooked a lily pond. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the electric fireplace and breakfast goodies left for us. It was lovely walking around the property. We had a little trouble checking in as we were traveling from the USA but we got it figured out.”
