“Great house for larger family.4 big bed rooms with very nice beds.Steep stairs to get down from road to house, not a problem if you are healthy but older or not walking 100% it is worth knowing. We had an absolutely lovely stay and the patio is great.Only thing I'd do to improve is to add some basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper maybe canola oil or similar.”

“ Great pool area . A little cafe 👍 sports / games on site Local wildlife around No Netflix No Smart Tv though Bath tub no good for people who have trouble stepping up. Great helpful staff 👍 will definitely stay again ”

“Myself and 4 friends had a girls weekend away at this beautiful property!! We all felt very relaxed and right at home the minute we walked through th door!!Everything was fresh and cleanand the house was very well equiped with everything you would need for a great hoiday!!Heaps of plates, cups, glasses etc so no need to wash up/dishwasher all the time!!!All in all my friends and I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone and everyone!!!”

“So impressed from the moment we walked in. Extremely clean and welcoming. Clearly this studio was originally set up for someone the hosts cared a lot about as the quality shows. Now they let others use this space and we are grateful they do. Very quiet area and a short drive to Sawtell Beach. The little touches make all the difference to a stay and these hosts added thoughtful touches to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay. ”

“This was our 3rd year at this Holiday House, Bream and mud crabs were on, we remembered our crab pots this year, can’t beat fresh seafood from the back yard, not to mention the new 6 burner BBQ, any chef who be happy to be cooking on it, still a bit of rain but with back completely covered from the weather it’s not a problem, we will definitely be booking again.Thanks Paula and Matt ”
