“The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. ”

“No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.”

“New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it...

“uns (3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) gefällt es hier sehr gut! sehr saubere neue Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht! erwähnen muss ich speziell die hochwertigen Betten, kein billig Schrott mit einer dünnen Schaumstoffmatratze! und ganz wichtig, es ist angenehm ruhig in einer tollen Umgebung in einer grünen Natur von Bananen / Kokosnuss - Bäumen ......also saubere Luft! ebenfalls ganz toller Service was die Betreuung anbelangt, wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, in der Schweiz! übrigens...

“THis unit is no longer part of VRBO. The phone number and email to the host is not correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the stay. Once we get back we will do a charge back. We spent over 8 hours trying to get this worked out, NOTHING NO SUPPORT. I have multiple case numbers with VRBO. Expedia said they cant help we have to contact VRBO....I booked through EXPEDIA, you should take some responsibility.....”
