“Väldigt litet rum, vi blev övertalade vid incheckningen att uppgraderade oss för att få havsutsikt men fönstret var väldigt litet och i rummet fick det knappast plats mer än en säng. Minsta rum jag bott i! Kändes dock rent och fint och servicen var vänlig. Trappor upp till rummet (och även i rummet) trångt och svårt att bära väskan. Trevlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost. Området tråkigt. Ingenting runt hotellet och det gick inte ens att ta sig ner på stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful lodge in April 2024. Travelling with two small children this accommodation was perfect and the facilities were excellent. The cleanliness was to an extremely high standard and location within Shorefeild is perfect for accessing the amenities. Anna was very helpful and always prompt in our communications. We will defiantly be returning again very soon!”

“We had a lovely short break in Hana and Emanuele’s little lodge. We loved all the personal touches from the complimentary dog bed and doggy treats, to milk and jam provided. The place was very clean, beds comfy and a nice shower too. The dogs had secure outdoor space on the decking area where they could be off-lead which was a bonus. There is also a fenced off dog area on site. We had 3 teenagers with us, 14-17. The kids loved the pool. They also had a go at crazy golf. Lots of lovely walks on...

“We enjoyed our stay. The hut is well equipped and had the weather been warmer we could have benifitted from the outside space. We felt they needed to think about slightly better storage and the couch/ bunk beds were probably six inches too high for comfort. The fold away table was also poor although it served a purpose. The hut had a slightly tired feel and would benefit from some upgrading - television for example.”

“Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails”

“There don't seem to be that many small properties to rent outside of the main villages and towns so if you want to feel a little more in the forest this is perfect. Heath's, woods and Hatchet Pond are all walkable from your door in a few minutes. The house is cosy with a lovely living room and well appointed to kitchen. The hosts were lovely and even left us some wine and chocolates. Recommended.”

“This property is not 'posh' but it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group gathering. There is masses of space for cooking, eating and socialising and sitting outdoors. The setting of the cottage is second to none - surrounded by the fabulous New Forest and the giant redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. There are lots of walking and cycling trails immediately accessible from the property. We took our youngsters out on a dusk walk on the first night we arrived and they saw deer,...
