“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. “Extremely clean and beautiful views! Would stay again. About an hour and a half from Grindelwald and a bit less to Lauterbrunnen. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. One of the dinner spots stated open till 10pm so that was amazing. ”

“This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“Va fantastiskt, barnen kunde springa ut och leka medans man själv lagar maten. Man ska dok tänka på att handla innan man kommer fram då det ej finns affär där. Men vi kommer absolut boka detta igen när vi är på genom resa. Rent snyggt och super. ”

"Rummen är ett hotells viktigaste aspekt. Man är där för att sova. Att då ha utanpåliggande, oisolerade varmvattenledningar längs med väggarna är för mig obegripligt. Trots 12 grader utomhus och fönstret öppet hade vi uppemot 30 grader varmt i rummet under natten. Lite som att sova i ett pannrum. Vaknade med yrsel och huvudvärk. Detta i kombination med det höga priset för rummet gör att jag är mycket glad att bara ha bokat för en natt. "
