“Third floor walk up room, no elevators!👎 Automatic Access System initially inoperative as could not send texts to US phones. Was able to access manually thanks to remote operator. The next day I was able to chat online and got an Email for access. Thereafter good. Excellent lounge and breakfast well handled by local manager. Very clean overall. Large room but needs more towel holders. Quite a good place if you have a room on the ground floor or first floor.”

“Great House and the pool was a bonus. Large garden and very quiet area, yet close enough to Chambord, Ambrose, Blois and the Zoo at Beauval… Great communications with the owner.. Would go again…”

“Après un très bon accueil, nous avons passé 5 jours au calme dans ce joli petit chalet. Très beau jardin arboré. La residence, située près de deux lacs, propose une belle piscine et un cour de tennis. Nos deux chiens étaient les bienvenus et ont profité des deux paniers mis gentiment à notre disposition. De eigenaars Eric en Maria Alicia zijn warm en gezellig. De slaapkamer is echter niet zo geschikt voor lange personen, je kunt boven niet rechtop staan.Het zou ook fijn zijn als er, buiten de bank in de kamernog een comfortabele stoel zou staan. Hotel OK, restaurant a disaster.

"Very basic rooms, a bit dated as all of the hotel. Nice staff in the hotel, breakfast better than expected. The evening meal at arrival was a disaster. The woman who took orders did not speak any english (ok, this is france where you speak french, but at a hotel with more foreign guests than french you would expect som basic english). No menu, neither in french or english. Only a few options, no choice after hunger or taste. When the meal arrived after waiting one hour one of the Pizzas we ordered was cold. Ibis, you can do better than this! "
