“Our unit was very nice, modern, and everything worked great. Kitchenette with plates, utensils, etc for 4, and a nice shower. We knew we would be arriving late (around 11pm) and our hosts were great to let us know that the late arrival wouldn't be a problem, and they even said we could knock on their farmhouse door if we needed anything, which we didn't have to do, but it was a kind gesture. Great stay!”

“We had to clean extra when we left because it was a bit dirty and we didn’t want to get charged for leaving it dirty. For instance the lamps was really dirty, the vase in the shelf etc. we had to clean it all because of a lot of dust. As well the curtains was molded. However, we loved the location and the interior was nice. So the potential was definitely there. ”

“A good cabin for a short stay close to Höfn. Works for 4people but not so much space for common activities inside. If clear weather the little hill next to the cabin gives very nice view. The traffic outside can be disturbing if the windows are open. We also have problem with disturbing odor from the drainage chamber outside the bedroom window, need to have it closed. Great to get in to the nice village Höfn and very good point to explore more East of Iceland and the area nearby. East access...
