“great option if you want to make yourself more homelike than in a regular hotel. cooking food is easy with a very well equipped kitchen. we were missing an item and the staff immediately helped us out. you can also wash your clothes. rooms are well-planned and the beds are super super super comfortable. staff is amazing: attentive and helpful. we have nothing but good ”

“The apartment was lovely and the location perfect (2 tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal). My only comment would be that it could do with brighter lighting - both on the stairs up to the flat and in the evening within the flat (in daytime it's beautiful and bright with big windows). We always carry a flashlight and it got plenty of use.”

"Poor service. Staff prioritized helping taxi drivers finding their customers instead of helping their own clients. Hotel was very dirty and runned down in the common areas. AC out of order. First and last stay at this hotel "
