“O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo. O prédio tem excelentes condições, conforme o anúncio. O acesso ao local é fácil e o prédio está localizado em uma área com muitas opções de comércio e alimentação, muito próximo do belo parque Carolina e também do Quicentro, principal shopping de Quito. Preço justo. O único problema que identifiquei é que as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de cigarro. ”

“The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.”
