Semesterboende i Plzeň-sever

"Fint och trevlig hotell. Frukosten var ok. Många trappsteg att gå till själva centrum med restauranger, shopping . och thermal bad. Fin bar och restaurang. Middagsbuffé var ok. Blev uppvaktade med en flaska vin på min mans födelsedag. Liten och ganska lugn och trevlig spa anläggning med varm bubbelbad och bastu. Priserna är ganska höga men det är ju 5 stars hotell . Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi hade en fin vistelse där. "

"Very nice hotel. Good parking and nice room. Stayed 2 nichts. First breakfast= nice girl making omelette etc. At the second breakfast nobody took care of this. But still a good breakfast."

"Very nice hotel with Friendly staff. The hotel was clean and nice, and hotel breakfast was excellent. Only thing to complain about was that a hotel as Grand hotel pup with five stars i would ask more out of the room. The room felt a bit "old" (stayed in Riverside) , not enough charging points and stuff like that. When we stayed at the hotel the wifi did not work at our floor during the whole of our stay also meaning streaming service on the tv could not work either. We pointed this out but nothing happened. Other then that all is good and I recommend this hotel "

"Perfekt läge mitt i Karlovy Vary. Bra utbud av restauranger och shopping i närheten av hotellet och framför allt fantastiskt bemötande och service vid ankomsten. En liten minus var frukosten som efter 4 nätter kändes lite enformigt. Jag saknade de goda tjeckiska sallader på frukostbordet. Men annars en mysig restaurang med balkongen om man ville njuta av utsikten över ån Teplá."

"We had a fantastisk time at Imperial. The room was wonderful, large, clean and with a great view. We had half board and the food was very nice. We loved the pool. It is easy to get to the center with the cable car. If there is one thing I would change than it would be that there should be a kettle in the room to have some tea as there is a very nice coffee maker. "

"Fint modernt hotell i bra läge nära centrum och bryggeriet. Väldigt bra frukost också. Kunde varit lite bättre städat men annars kanon."
