“Fantastic apartment (modern, spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds), great location, super professional and friendly staff. Things that could be improved: - better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise - vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciated”

“Vi blev jätteväl bemötta av receptionen under hela vår vistelse, efter att ha bott på hostel under den närmaste månaden var det fantastiskt härligt att få komma hit och få sitt egna utrymme. Det var ganska dammigt på golv och lister men det står en dammsugare i varje rum så det gick lätt att lösa på egenhand, vilket kändes helt okej då vi betalade mindre än om vi hade bott på ett hostel i Melbourne CBD, Plus för både diskmaskin, ugn och klädställning.”

“Lovely accommodation, was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable, aesthetic vibe and easy to get into. Only point worth suggesting to the host for future bookings is more information on where we could park as the accommodation listed parking available, it would have been great to have some more information or suggestions on where to park as it was street parking and most parks within walking distance had unrealistic time limits for what our stay required. Not wanting to spend ages...

“Really handy to everything. Great bars and eateries are close by. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Great place to stay. ”

“Very good location, close to Bay street and the tram although you can walk to the city in only 30mins if you wanted. Coles supermarket just 5mins walk away as well. Our dog appreciated being able to do his business out the back if raining otherwise he could visit the plentiful parks in the area. 2 fantastic cafe/bakeries just a stones throw away also. Would recommend. ”

“Loved our stay there, it was in close proximity to the wedding we were attending so getting around in that region was made easy. Only a short uber to where we needed to go. And you have to enjoy the balcony with a nice glass of wine. Absolutely beautiful. ”

“Great location, comfortable room, clean. Only thing I would say is that it was not mentioned in the initial booking information that the bathroom facilities were shared. They were great - clean and new - but it's something I feel you should know before the "just before arrival" email. For some people this would not be suitable - health issues etc”

“We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda...

“We loved this spot! We would definitely book again when in st kilda. Only negative thing I’d mention was the overall cleanliness. Crumbs in kitchen, opened food in the fridge, and the trash had not been taken out upon our arrival. ”
