“I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in...

“Excellent accommodation and food at the Pub was also very good.”

“We had a lovely stay. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And was in a fab location for what we needed.”

“Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. ”

“The cottage is situated amongst farmland environment. We received a great welcome and very helpful information for good eating and trips. Excellent views Kevin and Tracey were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend them.”

“Very clean quaint cottage. Beautiful! ”

“Good communication pre visit with host. Clean and tidy. All facilities in place. Nice village location. Parking available for car just outside cottage although parking a bit tricky - tight spot!!”

“The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly.”

“The property settings was just perfect, quiet with beautiful views. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. Host was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you”

“Overall a lovely experience. The location was beautiful and the house very tidy. No complaints at all. The hot tub was a special bonus Highly recommend this property”

“We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. The lodge was clean and quiet with great views down the valley. Getting into the hot tub when we came back from visiting the local sites was a joy, lying...

“Well maintained and characteristic property with exposed beams and period features combined with modern decor and facilities. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. Whilst its proximity to the road is close, it was not a busy road, so passing traffic was not an issue during our stay. There was a pub within 1min walk of the property that also...

“My wife & myself was really impressed with the location of the property & how clean it was when we arrived. We had a really good time in the few day's We stayed in Howey.”

“It is located down a farm track on the farm grounds. Surrounded by fields and views of mountains, it’s just stunning. You have just what you need, a bed, tv, bathroom, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Take your own food and you won’t have to see a soul. Sadly for us, we had a problem with our vehicle but the lovely owners let us leave it at the farm whilst we got parts for it. The owners are lovely and friendly”

“Beautiful home. Beautiful views Very quiet Brilliant for a family , lots of space Had everything you needed and more. Warm welcome Definitely would return ”

“Beautiful cottage, newly refurbished. 2 bedrooms upstairs, although the stairs were too steep for my elderly friend.”
