“Travelled alone, attending conference. Great hotel room, nice, modern interior, clean and comfortable. Nothing much to visit in the area around the hotel. 10 min walk to the main train station, 2 min to tram station. Nice kitchenette, two hot plates, microwave, water cooker and fridge. Bar by reception. Good wifi (speed&reception, first floor). Negative: Check in at the latest 18.00 and breakfast needs to be pre-ordered and doesn't start until 07.30 (too late for my commute). “Neubau im Innenhof mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Sitzecke und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank etc. verfügbar. Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, z.B. steht in der Sitzecke eine Stehlampe für die aber weit und breit keine Steckdose gibt. Lesen in der Sitzecke geht daher nicht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes.”

“Second time staying here. Perfect location for access to old city, just 1 min walking to Rathaus. Public transportation drops and picks up right at property. Do prefer the Christmas markets but so nice to sit outside and enjoy drinks .Close to bakeries for a peaceful morning walk.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“The house was very comfortable and enjoyable to come home to after exploring each day. The host along with friends and family were very welcoming. It was a nice community to be a part of for the week that we stayed there. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Parking for the car was easy. The host worked with us to make our stay fantastic. I would highly recommend this rental.”

“Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”

“The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location ”

“Perfect to start walking in the Altstadt. 20-25 minutes walking to the bridge! Nice and quiet place in an old building with new renovate appartment. Enjoy the place!”

"De hade ingen service alls.Grpgade oss inte om allt var i sin ordning eller om vi behövde något. Smutsit väldigt t.o.m under sängen när vi kom och ens facen efter vi varit ute då de bara bäddade lika smutsigt under sängen. Under all kritik. Annars ett fint hotell och ligger bra till, centralt alltså."

"It delivered what was promised so three beds and a kitchenette but the cleanliness was not that good. They did not change the bed sheets the day we put up the help sign, they didn't wipe any surfaces and there were cockroaches in the apartment. "
