“The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. “The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. “The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“My family and I loved our time at the Villa. Ann Marie welcomed us warmly. My family will talk about the jerk chicken forever made by Ann Marie. We also had the gift of fresh fruit, and the papaya tasted like heaven on earth. Everybody at the villa is so kind and accommodating to your needs. Do yourself a favor and stay at this villa and make sure to take care of those who take care of you!I look forward to coming back again. ”

He lives close by, so was immediately on top of a couple minor questions we had. He knows the value of - and knows to create - a great experience for his guests. We'd love to come back again soon. ”

“Elsewhere is the Best! I was a little skeptical of a staffed house. I thought having extra people around would be a negative. Boy, was I wrong. The staff (Kassandra, Kemoy, Maureen, and Rafiq) were absolutely fabulous. The food Kassandra prepared was some of the best I've ever had. “Mr Ralph was an amazing host! Our flight got canceled due to the Heathrow chaos and he was so patient and kind, making sure we could reschedule. The villa is absolutely stunning and the staff made our trip unforgettable.The chefs spoiled us with incredible Jamaican food, and they went all out for my mum’s birthday….decorations, a floating breakfast, the works! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”
