“Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. I liked having the free lockers available as well as laundry facilities (paid) in the building. I would recommend this property. “We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage.
