"Amazing staff at reception! "

"Absolutely excellent! The hotel is located with a fantastic view, giving you an almost unreal overlook over the city. Quito is located 2850meter above sea level which gives this place a surreal “high up in the mountains “ feel. David at the reception is fantastic, flawless English and always happy to help. We had a driver / guide by the name of Rene. Fantastic person and knowledgeable guide. We explored the historical center by foot one day and went to Mindo the cloud forest the other. Never felt unsafe, I think Quito and Ecuador in general suffers from bad press. Breakfast is made fresh for every guest and is a mix of fresh fruit, eggs coffe/tea bread and biscuits. Note: We are a couple in our 30’s and we don’t speak Spanish. "

"Good location. But hotel was to expensive for what you got. Safe not working, no breakfast included, bathroom a bit run down. Lovely staff though "
