“Good location, clean bed., but very rough room. Its ok for after a day of fishing, but you wouldn't want to spend time in it. There were bugs -(crickets, cocroaches), probably due to gaps and cracks. No hot water to the hand basin, incorrect plug”

“The property was fine overall, but unfortunately it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. We stayed for three nights and found it inconvenient that there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels to dry. The check-in process was confusing: even though I had completed all the required steps, I kept receiving messages saying I had not finalised the “bond”, and I had to call them several times to resolve it. “This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers.
The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door ”
