“Happy to be staying here for our 2nd visit. Comfortable, peaceful location on the edge of town with lovely farm paddock views, good communication from the host, clean & has everything you need for a home away from home. ”

“Best part was the wildlife. Accommodation was tired but adequate with some expected items lacking. Needs a big renovation and revamp. No microwave so had to heat my coffee on stove(brought my own pod machine) Oven machine needed lifting out into the bench to connect to the power. No instructions of how to use it.Needs renovation and modernisation.”

“Peaceful stay with stunnjng views.Well equipped with comfortable lounge and bed.Full size fridge and quiet reverse cycle heating.A scenic 10 minute walk into town.Direct access onto cycle trails.Car port was secluded so safe to keep our ebikes there and power for charging them.”

“We really enjoyed this spacious home during our stay in Nannup. 5 days with 3 families felt too fast! With a warming fire, ample rooms, separate areas to enjoy the views & a ping pong table we had a great time even when raining. The kids could wander & play or go on farm walks safely whilst the parents drank tea. Perfect ”

The holiday home is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the river mouth and coffee shop and restaurants.The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Augusta has loads to offer, fishing, swimming, site seeing, whale watching, nice walks and wineries. A recommended destination! ”

The hosts are very welcoming and the villa was amazing and has got everything you need. We loved the cleanliness, great spa and the little touches like quality soaps and sprays to make the place smell beautiful. We didn't want to leave. “On arrival we were already stunned by the beautiful scenery, the animals and little shop on entry, following the instructions to get to Tiny Matilda the scenery continued to stun us, Tiny Matilda did not disappoint , the venue is gorgeous a perfect space to reconnect, relax and decompress. “This was our second time staying at Banyandah and it is by far our favourite dog friendly accommodation. The home has a beautiful indoor fireplace and a fully fenced wrap around backyard, perfect for our dog to explore safely. The home is only a few minutes from the main strip and beautiful walking trails. We look forward to our next stay at Banyandah. ”
