“Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum.
Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided.
The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.”

8/10 Bra
It was a very pleasant experience. I personally didn’t like that a bathtub was missing and that the breakfast was served only at 7:30. At 7 was possible to eat only pre-cooked things and before than nothing. Was tough because I had to wake up at 6 and go to work early. They could prepare some cold take-away things though and this was kind of a relief!
