“We had the best time on the island of Spanish Wells. The house is beautiful. Excellent location and everything you need is right there. The owners are so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking! You will not be disappointed. Here’s a small tip for the island, unrelated to the house. Bring cash! A lot of it. “My family (my husband and I and our 4 large boys ages 12, 14, 15, 18) visited Spanish Wells for the first time and this house was perfect for us. Rest Ashore is a cute, very clean house in a great neighborhood. It had all the amenities we could’ve possibly needed. It was comfortable and slept all 6 of us very well. “This is our second stay at Rake N Scrape, and we are already looking to plan our next vacation there. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the beach is peaceful. The property manager, Vince, was so nice and met us at the docks, made sure we knew everything about the house, and brought us the most delicious mangoes. “Comfortable house with great porch view of the ocean. Alicia was most informative and responsive to questions, and helped make our arrival and stay smooth and comfortable. A suggestion: having a standing fan on the back porch would greatly help on hot days with no wind to not only stay cool but also blow the obnoxious flies away.”

“Shorebreak can take you back in time. The cottage perched above the breaking waves of the Atlantic is nothing short of breathtaking. From morning coffee to evening conversation, the back deck was a centerpiece for the house. Unfortunately, the ocean took the beach out to sea the week we were staying there, but we adventured to over 10 beaches from French Leave Beach and Surfers Beach all the way up to swim with pigs and turtles. “This beautiful and comfortable home is at the top of Juicy Hill, which gave us amazing views of the ocean. Seven of us stayed here and there were lots of places for us all to gather, and lots of places to sit alone and relax and read. The beach is just steps away and the houseman is so helpful and available. This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation - thank you!”
