“Amazing spacious property one block from the beach and ocean.Located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to public transportation to all costal sites and restaurants. The upper deck provides a view of the ocean and is great for sun and socializing. The property manager is very helpful and responds immediately. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. BUT if you are looking for a perfect beach with chairs/umbrellas provided and a "chill" location, this is it. We didn’t know before that all the places we wanted to visit were on the other side of the island and transportation was pretty costly but overall we enjoyed the stay and Speightowns was nice. ”

The house is in a prime location across from Mullins Beach, and is perfectly set up to accommodate a party of 8 (the top bedroom most suited to teens or younger). Bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out, with air conditioning in all of the former. Fans are in the internal and external communal areas which provide a decent breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, and it is very convenient to have a washer and dryer on the property...
