"Superfint hotell. Jättetrevlig personal i receptionen. Stort och fint rum. Rent luktade gott. Tog spårvagnen in till stan gratis.Gick var femte minut. Mysigt ställe. Men vi hade otur med vädret som var lite synd. Åker gärna hit igen"

"When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was. First night at 23:00, children were screaming on the floor above me. When I called the reception, there weren't much willingness to help. The second night, also after 23:00, children screaming and dog barking very loud. It was not a toddler showing hunger, these were screams of tears from someone a bit older. The hotel also (forgot?!?) to clean my room and replace clean towels as well as not turndown service, no communication at all. These experiences are perhaps not the end of the world, but I was surprised and disappointed. I returned because I was so pleased with my last stay 6 months earlier. Perhaps I will try another hotel on my next trip to Luxembourg."

"Vi gillar detta hotel och jag bor alltid på NH-hotel när jag besöker Luxembourg, en gång per år i tjänsten. Dock är sängarna lite för hårda för mig, jag bodde i rum 308 och vaknade flera gånger tyvärr och fick vända på mig. Vid nästa besök behöver jag en mjukare säng. Frukosten var top."
