“A beautiful, clean cottage in the heart of an ancient village in Devon.One church, one pub, one store…if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place for you!”

“This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. ”

“A beautiful house in a stunning location which easily accommodated our large family group. The pool ,hot tub, and leisure activities were perfect for our mixed ages. Great to be able to all dine together both inside and on the terrace.”

“dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

“Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week”

“Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

“A lovely stay, here. Good communication before and during visit on Vrbo app from host. Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay. I think most people would expect a 'hello I'm "x" the owner hope you enjoy your stay' or 'hi, I'm "x" who you've been speaking with on the app' or something along those...

“Clean, bright, spacious and well equipped cottage with everything you need. Stunning views, beautiful garden with a hot tub. Alpacas in the field and many different birds come to visit. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.”

“We loved our stay at Rock House Cottage. It was super cute and cozy and had everything we needed plus lots of thoughtful extras from the hosts like bread, milk and jams. Excellent walking from the cottage or jump in the car to explore further a field. There is lots of information in the cottage of attractions and walking across Devon. Nice enclosed garden for our dog and with furniture to make use of the space. Communication from the hosts before our arrival was excellent. Nice pub a mile...

“Accommodation perfect for us as was its situation that allowed us to visit all the towns around Devon that we had planned. Communication good and would definitely stay again as we would like to visit the area possibly for a longer period next time .”

“Nice modern furnished apartment in a great locution in centre of village. Sadly no microwave, washing machine or ironing board as detailed in listing. After pointing this out, the listing was quickly updated.”

“A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. ”

“Lovely cottage with a very friendly host.This property is in a really good location and the on site parking was a bonus.It was very well equipped with everything you’d need.The local Shaldon bakery has some lovely cakes too! ”

“A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. ”
