“Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. “My wife and I loved our 3-night stay at Eagle’s Nest Chalets in Hazyview. The cozy, private chalets immersed us in nature, just minutes from Kruger’s Phabeni Gate. A special thanks to Riekie for being such a warm and welcoming host! Gravel roads, no WiFi in rooms? No problem—it made our digital detox even better. Peaceful, comfortable, and ideal for couples. Hopefully, we get to be back!”

“The apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the needed amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The entire pace was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They're also centrally located so shops as well as the N4 highway are easy to access. Despite the central location, it's still very quiet with lots of trees and birds around. Highly recommended!”

“Overall good and safe experience. It felt like having your own house in nature next to the Kruger National Park. That house was for me alone with plenty of space and total beds for up to 4 persons. It was all clean and tidy. The only downside is that it wasn't climatic controlled the only cooling devices are fans which can be cold during night. Don't expect a 5 Star hotel but you get the local experience.”

“This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! ”
