“I have enjoyed the stay in Ludmilla’s apartment a lot. She is amazingly responsive, flexible and very helpful. Made our stay much easier, eventhough the airline didn’t deliver our bikes directly. She made the situation so much less stressful. She organized our transport to and from the airport aswell. The apartment is well priced and well located. “The apartment is huge but not very cozy. It’s pretty run down but everything is functional. I was worried that apartment guests would be treated as second rate guests by the hotel but that wasn’t the case. Breakfast for two was included in the price, which wasn’t told on the website when booking, a nice surprise. “The apartment in the hotel was very nice but the check in was very poorly handled by the hotel. The room wasn’t ready at 7pm because the previous guests hadn’t checked out until 5pm due to ”force majeure”. We didn’t get the room until 90 min later. We complained and we actually got much better attention and help when we asked the reception to arrange a taxi to Burana tower and to the apartment on the last day. ”
