“We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early). “I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. ”

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms and price worthy. Extended stay one extra night. You can hear through the rooms slightly so recommend bringing earplugs, but for the price it’s not an issue."
