“I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. ”

“The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. “A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others.
