“Our stay at Louise and James‘ gite was a fantastic retreat for the whole family. Everybody got their favorites: the kids enjoyed slashing in the beautiful pool, which had a superb lounge area alongside for the parents to relax and enjoy the bbq. Thx to Louise‘s tips we discovered the beautiful city of Limoges, lakes for swimming around the corner and went on hiking tours. The area seems rural, but there is so much to do and see. “The Green Cabin on the lake did not disappoint. A beautiful peaceful place where all you can hear is the bird song and the fish jumping. The cabin itself was beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. It provide all the comforts of home. A great place to escape the rat race and relax. Supermarket a few minutes drive away and some beautiful towns and villages to explore within a 50 min drive. Would highly recommend.”
