“Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la veritĂ© qd on vs a appelĂ© , pas de tĂ©lĂ©vision non plus malgrĂ© nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture

“Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă  cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”

“Bokade rum för en natt. Vi var ganska sena vi ankomsten och dĂ„ var det ingen personal pĂ„ hotellet som visade sig att vara ett lĂ€genhetshotell. Första skylten man ser i lĂ€genheten sĂ€ger "StĂ€dnin gingĂ„r inte i lĂ€genhetspriset. LĂ€mna rummet i samma skick som vi atkomsten". Det var vĂ€ldigt tydligt att lĂ€genheten har inte stĂ€dats pĂ„ lĂ€nge. Samtidigt fĂ„r man inga förbrukningsartiklar som tvĂ„l eller duschgel. Som tur fanns det lite toalettpapper kvar i toaletten. Det kan vara bra vĂ€rde för priset om...

“It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.”

“Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privĂ© beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven 
dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geĂŻmproviseerd ”

“J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyĂ©, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
