“We spent 2 weeks in this villa this summer. The pool is just amazing. 50m2 and deep enough for adults in one end and still the kids was able to stand in the other end. The Villa could be used as 2 separate apartments, which was great since we were 2 families travelling together. “The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. “We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) “The accommodation meets all expectations. The villa is amazing, much better than what appears in the photos. It is a very large villa space, with all kinds of amenities. The pool is a joy and perfect size. The barbecue area is very well equipped. The house is fully equipped. You feel at home at all times. The host of the villa is very friendly and ensures that his guest enjoys the best possible stay. We were 7 people and we all left very happy. We will return without a doubt!”

“Beautifull Building with good outdoor kitchen and large swimming pool. Very spacious and good bedroom. Downpoints: * only toilets in the badrooms * There was nog big coffeemachine (for a group of 18 that is a problem). There used to be one but apperently it was broken and not replaced. * Only one basic towel per person is basic for a 5 day stay. A big + small one would have been nices. Overall a good stay and nice area with lot of things to do (by car). Good bakery and lot of supermarkets...

“We have really enjoyed our vacation at the beautiful house and the hosts Leslie and Warren are very accommodating to everything you might need. they live upstairs but the only time we noticed them was when they left the house and they were very discrete. In the house there was everything we needed, AC in all the bedrooms, filtered water that we could drink so we didn´t have to buy any water, toys for the kids, both inside and outside. A nice patio where we could eat and table and chairs inside...

“My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight...
