The cottage was very well appointed with every amenity one could want including a very beautiful private backyard. We would rate it as a 20 out of 10 if we could! ”

“The property is beautifully appointed. You are secluded but you should know that when booking. It’s a 15 minute drive to Tanunda and a 7 minute drive to Lyndoch. A lovely bottle of wine. A white table cloth and napkins. The jacuzzi tub has the lines professionally cleaned between each visitor so you know she cares...

“Watervale has a Suprise or two foe the travelling wine buffs. a delightful home on a huge block with every mod con imaginable.Well equipped and provisioned we spent 4 nights self catering before experiencing the delicious menu offered at the Watervale Hotel. do not miss it.”

Well stocked with BBQ, firewood (it got cold at night), kitchen appliances etc. Fridge was very cold as it tended to freeze items at the back of shelves. Beds were very comfortable. Ticked all of the boxes.There was an attack of earwigs mainly due to the first lot of rain for a long time. (they all came out to celebrate).Overall we enjoyed the premisesThanks Peter ”

“This cottage has been restored to perfection and was considered a home rather than a house by our family of six who stayed for four nights. The interior could be straight out of a glossy magazine and my Mum (in her 80's) was constantly wowed by the authentic vintage utensils on display. We were fortunate to meet our hosts who were even more charming than their cottage. A leisurely afternoon, with a wine or two or three, watching the delightful AJ sing should be a compulsory component of any...
