“Super clean. Owner was super helpful. And surprisingly super quiet, even with a whiteout across the street!”

“A very old house that has not been updated. Security is good and instructions to use were clear and consise. AC unit was an older model and leaked water over floor causing musty smell. Laundry was in the basement and we were not allowed to use due to ongoing construction. Place is not worth what was being asked however it is downtown and close to restaurants and grocery store on a busy one way street ”

“Check in was flawless. Sylvia provides exquisitely detailed instructions and she’s available to answer any questions.Lots of fun little touches to make the place feel homey. Great place to stay especially if you plan to go to the theater. Sylvia provides lots of ideas for places to dine nearby.We didn’t cook there but the place seems well stocked for it. Building feels very secure. We were able to walk many places.”

“Our stay was great. The house is really well stocked and setup, the kitchen has everything you might need. The swim-spa was amazing. The water view can’t be beat. The water is very shallow and the shore is rocky, it is difficult to walk in the water or to swim due to how shallow it is. But the kids enjoyed playing in the sand and finding shells. ”

“This cottage met all our needs for a peaceful, restorative vacation. The location provided a beachside view much like the ocean and we were especially pleased not to experience even one mosquito bite ! We started most days with coffee on the deck while watching the pelicans and other birds come and go. The sunsets over the lake were magnificent. The place was very clean and well stocked to meet every need. We would love to stay again ! ”
