“It was the worst experience ever. I took my whole family from Texas and Virginia (13 of us total) for a 4-day weekend and ended up leaving the next day. Our rooms were old and dirty. This place needs to be updated. I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. The surrounding area was awful. They let the dogs run and pooped around the beach. Owners don't clean up after their pets. We will never book this place again. The website is misleading.”

“The villa was nothing like what was shown on the Internet. It was filthy. They actually tried to give us an Airbnb on a back alleyway with dog feces in front of it. They told us the villa was being used by somebody else, even though we had rented it. We refused and asked them rectify the problem. Once we got in the villa. “The First Clark Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. My fiancee and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our main priorities with staying at a hotel are that it is safe, quiet, and clean. The First Clark far exceeds this and more. It is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed at in all my journeys. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
