Charmigt rustikt modernt hus nära Detroit Zoo

Bekvämt beläget nära centrum av Ferndale och Royal Oak är mitt nyrenoverade, moderna hem det perfekta stället för alla typer av resenärer. Var i hjärtat av Detroit på under 20 minuter. Boka hela huset komplett med dubbelsängar, arbetsutrymme, 3 badrum och jacuzzi, och tillgång till ett lyxigt stort kök, vardagsrum, tvättstuga, stor trädgård och gratis parkering på plats. Njut av spännande restauranger, kaféer, butiker, arenor och nattliv i Ferndale & Royal Oak och Detroit!

Mitt nyrenoverade hem är en två våningar modern skönhet med lite rustik hantverkarmarm. Den stora öppen planlösning på första våningen har ett bekvämt vardagsrum med kabel-tv, Netflix, HBO och Hulu. Matsalen har ett stort handgjort bord med levande kanter med plats för upp till 12 gäster, och det lyxiga köket är välutrustat med alla apparater och redskap som behövs för att göra en utsökt måltid. Det finns 1 sovrum på första våningen, som också ofta hyrs ut av Airbnb-gäster. Det finns också 1 badrum på första våningen. På andra våningen finns den privata master-sviten samt 2 bekväma rum och badrum du kommer att njuta av. Tvätten finns också på andra våningen och är tillgänglig för dig att använda.

PERFECT

This property was exactly what we were looking for for a getaway close to tons of fun things. This house is gorgeous inside and out, with plenty of beds and space for fun and gathering. The host was wonderful and we had a blast. The location also couldn’t be beat!

Great house for family

We stayed at the Pleasant Ridge property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight and exceeded our expectations. Colby was a wonderful host and we hope to return some day.

Pleasant Stay in Pleasant Ridge

Very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Detroit Zoo and Royal Oak. Near most everything you want to see in Detroit. The house is great for a family experience.

We had a nice stay and Colby was very friendly and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and secure. We enjoyed seeing the bunny outside in the backyard each morning. Thanks for a great place for our home base while visiting nearby family!

It's up one flight of stairs, easy to get in and out and the perfect accommodation for an easy breakfast before setting out for the day. The location is perfect- lots of shops, places to eat, grocery stores within a short walk and the St. Paul stop is a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed the Marais area and all it has to offer. Hosts are responsive and not overbearing- easy in and out. YES! I recommend staying here.

Great place & stellar host!

The house was fantastic. It more that met all of our needs. It was clean and lots of really nice touches. Plenty of towels, blankets and everything you’d need for your stay. A beautiful home. Colby was a great host. Super communicative and was flexible on check-in and check-out times and the check-out process was as easy as I’ve experienced. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, spacious home in Pleasant Ridge.

Highly recommend! This home is gorgeous! ADORABLY decorated - looks like the West Elm catalogue. Tons of beautiful space to gather, make/have dinner, get ready (3 bathrooms) and just enjoy. Great location as well. We got to an event in Bloomfield Hills in 15 mins, right up the highway! The property manager was a delight...attentive and helpful.

Perfect place to stay!

House was clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. Location was amazing! Stayed for a bachelorette party and we were able to walk into downtown royal oak or grab a quick Uber ride. Would highly recommend! Colby was accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. Truly have nothing negative to say!

We stayed at this property with our family of 12 for our Granddaughters wedding. This is an amazing space for a large group. We had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is complete with everything and anything necessary plates glasses utensils and more. The diningroom has a beautiful long table so everyone could eat and socialize together. There were 5 clean beautiful roomy bedrooms and 4 immaculate bathrooms. All complete with plenty of linens and towels. Login and out were so easy and Coby our host was easy to communicate with if and when necessary. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay near or in Detroit. Its a quick straight drive to Downtown. Thank you Coby for have this wonderful place. We enjoyed your home so much. And thank you Coby for being our host

Excellent!

This house is extremely accommodating! The living areas are very spacious. There’s nothing needed in the kitchen. If your weather is good, you’ve got to take advantage of the backyard. We built a fire in the fire pit and played cornhole. It was so great to have four bathrooms for eight people. The primary bedroom upstairs is huge! If you have a baby or toddler, a pack and play, baby gates are provided. A great house that I will certainly recommend to others.
