Someone at the front counter gave my room number to a door dash driver and they came kicking my door going off on me and the hotel refused to move my room after the police came because I had to call them on the ladies scaring my children. Then after talking with the hotel manager in the morning, she showed absolutely no care at all and still would not move my room. I was so respectful to the entire staff although I was extremely scared and so were my children.
When I checked out I had absolutely no issues, but did not receive my deposit back at all. I was so confused as to why so I called the hotel to ask why. They explained to me the carpet was dirty and the “headboard was completely off the bed” I am so confused how on earth that could happen so I asked for photos. Called them four different times of the day asking for the photos but they still have not sent them. I’m confused and this was not ok at all when I was completely respectful and absolutely did not leave their room dirty at all.
