Ett fint hotell med bra service och när till en fin promenad nere i "nya" Downtown som numera är riktigt fint och som erbjuder fina brunch restauranger. Stort rum!

The comforter was very stained with what looked like urine. I paid for a king room and they overbooked so I was 'upgraded' to a double queen with stained linens.

No bell people to help with bags. They have the bell option on the phone. But I was told there was nobody that could help with my bags. Which is inconvenient with a newborn.

Our family of four needed a place to stay over the holidays and this hotel met our needs perfectly. The room was huge and comfortable. The washroom was in need of an update but it was acceptable. The restaurants were very nice with good food. It was very convenient having the restaurants right in the hotel since there aren’t many places to eat nearby. I would book this hotel again.

Everything and everyone was excellent. The only things I didn’t like was that our room was on the third floor with our window overlooking the street where the cars were dropped off by the valets and they blew the horn every time one was dropped off. I also disliked that the bathroom sink was between the living room and bedroom outside the bathroom. Lacked privacy. Otherwise everything else was excellent

Awesome Hotel
I am from Chicago and 10 of my friends visited Detroit for the Bears/Lions game. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. I would highly recommend for your stay.

Was a decent location, walkable. Parking across the street. Should have been a nice experience but wasn’t. Check in did not go smoothly, room keys did not work, refrigerator did not work. We were late to our event because we couldn’t get in the room. We were texted that we would have to be let in and out of our room or move. Aside of those issues our room was very nice and exactly what I expected. After our event we changed rooms. That room was a dump. Very poor lighting, broken towel bars, much smaller, outlet at sink was coming out of the wall, refrigerator wasn’t in the correct place, the sink backed up, dirty, no hand soap. It was truly unbelievable how bad it was. We were in town for a wedding and needed better. The girl at the front desk was less than helpful and tried offering a free breakfast. Not worth the money at all. We paid more to have the space, which didn’t happen. The daytime desk person did work with us on getting a refund and hopefully I will not have to make a call for that to happen.

Great service & location
Our stay was great- the valet men always opened the doors for us. It was in a great location, walkable to Little Caesars Arena. LaShawn checked us in and ensured we were on the lowest floor possible, she was very helpful & kind. The cookies are delicious, but next time no nuts please.

Gillade: Rummets bekvämlighet
Lack of bedding for the sofa bed
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time it was a great experience, except that someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am which was no fault of the hotel. This second time I was disappointed primarily with the service. The room had two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed did not have bedding and there was no bedding or pillows in the closet for it. I called to ask that we get bedding and I was told that it’s unlikely that they would have bedding available for it. I find it difficult to believe that a hotel would be short bedding and pillows for one bed. The gentleman put me on hold to ask. I was on hold for 5 minutes then decided that I no longer wanted to remain on hold so I removed some of the bedding from the other beds so the sofa bed would at least have a sheet to cover the mattress that was stained. I paid over $400 for the room, I would expect there to at least have enough bedding for the beds in the room.
