Had a great experience and hotel is pet friendly. They have me a King Suite on the first floor that had access to the outdoor pet area. The hotel is quiet and everyone is so friendly and nice. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through on my travels. Thank you!

The restaurant wasn’t open the days we stayed Sunday evening and Monday. The only saving grace was a cross the street there are a couple restaurants.

When I come to Michigan I always stay here! Very nice and clean, staff is excellent. In a good safe area, walking distance to local shopping centers and a movie theatre.

Rude employee
The guy at the front desk was rude and seemed like he was not happy to be working there. I threw something away in the trash and he then proceeded to ask me if there was a trash bag in the can like questioning me. Of course there’s a trash bag and if there wouldn’t have been what was he going to do make me take my trash out??? It was rude especially because he said it loud like I was an idiot who would do that. He was training another employee at the time I think and I told the white guy “ of course there’s a bag in there??!!!! I also interacted with this African American male on a different day and he was not friendly at all. I don’t think he enjoys his job

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room had an odor and could have been cleaned better. I stayed with my family and felt like the bedding wasn’t changed from the previous stay.

This hotel offers a safe and calm environmental. Exist several restaurants close to the hotel, you can go there walking. I like this Hotel because is very close of my work, 8 minutes of distance. I always comeback to here. I think the main point to improve is that some people don't have the profile for customer service, and they make the difference in bad direction. This was different when change the person in their journey. The other person was very open to communicate and bring orientation and support.

Clean property and very nice staff. I stayed the night of NYE - I explained that I was planning on a quiet night, and they gave me a top floor room at the end of the hall. I was also allowed to check in an hour early, and checkout was quick and easy. Will definitely book here again.

This trip was horrible I’m trying to reach you all right now for a refund I was put on a floor with a team of teenage boys that banged on my door and ran at least 10 times triggering my grandsons adhd Asperger’s syndrome I requested another room and was put next door to a crying baby all day and all night and I have to drive another 12 hours

Novi Solo Mission
Hilton Garden Inn in Novi was a wonderful stay. The receptionists to the bartender (Tica) were all SUPER friendly and accomodating. I loved the festive feel of the lobby for the holiday season. Nothing but good things to say regarding my stay!
