Welcome to our gorgeous, newly-renovated home in Rochester Hills! Secluded in a quiet neighborhood and featuring four bedrooms plus an office with a queen-sized murphy bed, two full bathrooms (plus a powder room), this cozy home is perfect for families and groups. Relax on the secluded, private deck with a built-in hot tub and use our grill to cook! Inside, our newly remodeled kitchen features black granite countertops, custom open wood shelving, and stainless steel appliances. With ample space for dining, our two family rooms and dedicated dining room are perfect for family meals or entertaining. Our executive office with a fully-equipped Work-from-home setup is perfect for the traveling executive or to get those last few things done on vacation! Conveniently located, we're a 25-minute drive to the Birmingham and Royal Oak areas and about 45 mins from downtown Detroit. Whether you're planning a gathering or an extended getaway, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi, smart TVs in each bedroom + in each of our two living areas, a Keurig w/ French Roast coffee pods, a Nespresso w/ plenty of espresso pods, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-suite washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor deck with a propane grill. Layout _____________ The main level of the home features our family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, a dedicated office with a queen-sized murphy bed, and a powder room (as well as the garage). Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
The backyard has a gorgeous deck-top entertaining area with outdoor seating, a dining table for 6 and our propane grill as well as our hot tub.
Arrive with Ease _____________ Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 4:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!
Rest in Comfort _____________ Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.
Sleeping Arrangements _____________ We have 5 bedrooms along with an air mattress. 2 bedrooms have king beds (the primary suite + an additional guest bedroom), 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and our hybrid office/bedroom features a queen-sized murphy bed. The air mattress is queen size for additional sleeping space! Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

Expectations _____________ 99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.
Parking _____________ Please park in our driveway, which easily fits two cars, plus we have a two-car garage for interior parking as well as EV charging! If you need extra parking, there’s plenty of free street parking in front of the house as well!
Electric Vehicles: Our garage is equipped with a - HomeFlex Level 2 EV Charger w/ Tesla Adapter, which works with the Tesla Model 3, Y, S, X, and Cybertruck.
Entry _____________ The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. Enter the unique code we'll provide you the week before your stay begins, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter your code and press the CHECK to lock the door.
Our Availability _____________ We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
Extra Sleeping Arrangements _____________ Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.
Extra Linens: In a plastic tote in one of our bedroom closets, you will find extra bath towels and hand towels, sheets, and extra blankets for the air mattress. Please use a few pillows from the beds for the air mattress! Message us to schedule a quick call if you have any issues!
House Rules _____________ We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Our Neighborhood _____________ Located on a quiet street in Rochester Hills, you can find everything you need nearby including the best bars in Michigan, a ton of yoga studios, coffee shops, artist stores, and more! Also a quick drive to downtown Detroit, this is an easy and central location.
Getting Around _____________ For public transportation, the house is a 20-minute walk from public transportation on Walton Blvd & Firewood! From here, you can catch busses connecting to Woodward which connect to routes all throughout Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties and will take you everywhere from St. Claire Shores to Ann Arbor to DTW International Airport! Lyfts and Ubers are also frequently accessible in the area for any urgent travel needs.
