“The staff were rarely seen, but everything was done immediately. This is the kind of place where the hospitality was so great, it made you feel guilty. The only downside was not enough bathroom space to lay out your hygiene products.”

“Loved the location, right next to people mover- parking was not easy- they recommend a nearby lot but can be over crowded , no local walkable breakfast but I believe they were in process of opening one next door. There was usually a friendly staff member near front door. Great view of city ! Kitchenette was a bonus but they may wish to buy some newer pots/ pans as they were pretty beat up. Would definitely stay there again so overall good experience. One downfall was the 3 am fire alarm . I...

“When we got there, they didn't show our reservation. But after going through some different things they got us in a very nice room. Even though they were going through renovations, everything was very clean. Everyone was great to deal with. Very friendly! We'll definitely stay here again”

"Personalen tog sig tid att ge tips om sevärdheter och att småprata med gästerna. Alla var väldigt artiga och trevliga. "
"Love the Shinola design and was very excited to stay here - but will not return. Dont get me wrong, the design of the room was great and the check in was friendly and a glass of bubbly was received. The films telling about brand, materials, design etc was great to watch. Comfortable bed. But the cleaning between the days was so poor and had dust in the corners and mold in the "zink hole". Don't even think the pillows were fluffed between the days. The beautiful Shinola alarm clock showed wrong time (1 hour) and be prepared to wait very long if you having breakfast in house. It did not live up to expectations and there are plenty of other hotels out there I rather try next time. But location is great, value for money less."
