âIt was the third time we stayed at this hotel. We enjoy going to Andechs Kloster , which is so special and serve very good beer. Then itâs so nice to stay at this friendly hotel a little walk from the monastery and Biergarten.
The room was nice and the breakfast wonderful.

âWe had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We were warmly welcomed during check in and the receptionist went out of her way to explain us everything and make sure our dog felt welcome as well. The dog basket, treats and bowls already placed in our room were also such a nice touch! She even was allowed to come with us to breakfast and a table was reserved away from the buffet so other guests werenât inconvenienced. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Starnberger See.â

"They blamed hotels.com that they were overbooked and Said that they didnt want us there. We booked 3 nights 2 rooms. They were rude and dis not take any responsibility. We got the cheapeast rooms but we still had to pay for the expensive rooms. No compensation at all. Rooms were very outdated.
Our worst experience of a hotel we have had. We live in hotels all over the World about 70 noghts per year. Stay away from this hotel. Front desk manager was so wrong in her job."
