“I was excited to stay in one of the Ritz-Carlton resorts as I was told that they are one the best, however I was disappointed to see so many things that were not in standard. First, the mosquitoes in the premises were out of control. Second, the waiting time to get your food order was enough to make one walked out witout eating.
